Shipping & Delivery
We always ship our parcels insured and we pay the insurance for you. We bring our packages immediately to our postoffice every day, when the items are.
Shipping conditions
Orders are processed on weekdays and shipped immediately. Our shipping partner is the Austrian Post. The packages will be shipped insured and you will receive the tracking information incl. the tracking number with the shipping confirmation.
The average shipping time is 10 to 15 business days. For delays beyond our control, we ask for your understanding.
If a deposited package does not need to be picked up at the post office and returned, we will have to charge for the return shipping costs incurred.
